They’re not the only beer I drink, but they are definitely one of the best! From their wide variety of craft beers to their positive influence in the Chicago communities, they make anyone from Chicago super proud. Their award winning Bourbon County Brand Stout and the many variants throughout the years….are a must try for any beer lover! I’m a huge fan of BCS and all the hours of standing in lines just to get the bottles on Black Friday or even to get tasters at festivals are worth it! It's one of those beers that after the first sip, always make me insta-happy, with a well deserved “Mmm!” If you’re not a stout drinker, there's always classics like 312, Greenline, or Sofie! Cheers!

Deep Dish WITH Buttercrust! My ultimate fave is their spinach mix on a deep dish, always with Buttercrust! Most people will fight with me on the best deep dish place, but my taste buds have yet to change and have stayed loyal to Lou Malnati’s my whole life!

Cubbies! Games at Wrigley Field

1060 W Addison St
Chicago, IL 60613

MORE INFO

2016 World Series Champs! Doesn't matter what the weather is like, a Chicago Hot dog and a cold Old Style is usually a must when watching a game at Wrigley. I enjoy sitting in the Bleachers, but anywhere in the stadium is guaranteed a good time! “ Cubs go! Go Cubs Go! Hey Chicago, what do ya say? The Cubs are gonna win today!”

Art Museum - The courtyard in the middle of the museum

111 S Michigan Ave
Chicago, IL 60603

MORE INFO

The art speaks for itself! Immerse yourself in history or enlighten yourself with new art in the Modern Wing (one of the art displays offers you candy!). If you need a break, there's lovely courtyards all around and even in the middle of the museum. If I could get away with it, I'd live there.

Kuma's Corner

I think one of my greatest accomplishments has been to finish a Kuma's burger in one sitting. They're so yummy, but creatively large! With an atmosphere of metal rock, this place will have you feeling pumped to chomp on some delicious burgers!

Historic Jackson Blvd

1520 Jackson Blvd
Chicago, IL 60607

I have no words, it's my favorite little street of old homes and trees there is in the city. I dream of living here if I win the lottery, but for now, I'll admire it.

Douglas Park - Riot Fest + great views / Lagunitas Taproom

S Farrar Dr
Chicago, IL 60623

Douglas Park is an up and coming area, thanks to Riot Fest and Lagunitas, this beautiful place doesn't get completely overlooked anymore! As a resident of a neighboring area, it's been remarkable what a few years and some TLC does to what use to be a scary and avoided place. Enjoy the nature while still getting views of the great skyline. Or head to Lagunitas for a beer, one of the largest brewing facilities in the world! If you get a chance I recommend the tour, you won't understand how big the place is otherwise! Cheers!
